60 Day Refund Period

All refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date. Requests made beyond 60 days will not be considered. We do not offer extended refund periods of 3 to 6 months after purchase.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hurley3dplastics.com with the following information:

• A brief description of the defect
• Two clear photos of the product and defect
• Photos must be taken within 10 to 12 inches of the item for clarity

Once reviewed, we will provide return instructions if a return is required.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe whether you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Approved refunds or replacements will be issued using the original payment method only.

Refund Policy

Sale items are not refundable for any reason.

Once a non sale item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that the item has been received. You will also be informed whether your refund request has been approved or rejected, including the reason for the decision.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been approved for a refund but have not yet received it, please check your bank or credit card account again before contacting us.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, especially during holidays or peak periods.
