Yes, we collaborate on custom product development and customer specific printing needs. It takes roughly one week to quote custom parts, depending on; the number of parts, number of materials & general part complexity.

Most products are available in nine contemporary colors.
Our current maximum print cube is 8 x 8 x 8 inches.
We ship exclusively by Canada Post within Canada. Once the order ships, Canada Post will take 6-9 days to deliver. So if it takes 4 days to print your part(s), delivery to your door will be another 1 to 2 weeks.
If you pay for the shipping, we can do so, for courier shipping by UPS, Purolator or FedEx. ship times of 2-4 days can be achieved often, but the cost of shipping is quite high & could be 3-4X normal postal delivery. If you want RUSH delivery, please reach us at our email address & we will investigate the cost for you to do so but you will have to pay for rush delivery at time of order.
No due to variations in; sizes, colors & ship quantities the bulk of our parts are printed after your individual order arrives. This keeps our warehouse requirements to a minimum & our inventory costs as well. We probably stock 15% of our parts, the rest are custom printed as per the daily orders we receive online. We endeavour to have your parts printed in 36-48 hours of receiving your new order, unless raw materials are late getting to our plant. Then we ship by Canada Post, the very day your order is completed. We are pretty quick at turning orders around.
